We went to Mohatta palace, 7 Hatim Alvi Road, Clifton, on Saturday 20th December 2014 at 2:20 p.m. We reached there at 2:35 p.m. It is very near to The School of Writing. Mohatta palace is a wonderful place. We went to Frere hall opposite to Marriott hotel on Sunday 21st December 2014 at 11:00 p.m. The School of Writing is a bit far from the Frere hall.

Sir Danial said today we are going to Mohatta palace. We were very happy and we got ready for Mohatta palace.

Journey:

We got into the bus and then bus started. I saw beautiful roads, beautiful ways and lovely buildings. I saw different sign boards and read them. I saw people walking on the footpaths. We reached Mohatta palace. Then sir said wait for five minutes and then sir bought the tickets sir said all the girls make a line and get in the palace.

Sir divided us in five groups and each group had two or three girls. Each group had one leader. Sir told us to go forward and start your work and each member click only three pictures …

Mohatta palace is a very beautiful and lovely museum. I saw very beautiful fountain. I saw different things like canteen maps, statues, art gallery, pictures, arty crafts, handicrafts. I also saw a wooden horse.

Mohatta palace is made up of red bricks and it is the specialty of it. Everything was very precious and each room’s door is opening to another room. That was a peaceful environment and a good arrangement .

History:

Mohatta palace is 90 years old. It had been the residence of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah after her death her younger sister lived there and when she died. I came to know about a lot of things there and I suggest that everybody should go there and gather information about the history Mohatta palace.
